Our first Rotary meeting of 2019!
Lots of plans put in place for this years events, to raise money for local charities.
We also listened to a very interesting and informative presentation about Dementia by Nicola Jackson one of our members.
Over 2.5 million people in the UK have become Dementia Friends to learn more about Dementia and are turning their understanding into action.

This session is designed to help people appreciate what it feels like to be living with the disease that now affects people as young as 16 (though it is often associated with old age it is indiscriminate and can affect people of all ages and all walks of life).
